Return Policy

Underwear cannot be returned after you have put it on. If you unpacked the product and realized that it is too small or too big, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. To do this:
1. write to me about this problem
2. pack everything in the same box
3. and to the post office and send it to the address indicated on the box. Attention!!! You pay the cost of delivery from your country to Ukraine. At the post office they will tell you the tracking code, tell me it. When I receive the return, I will refund the money.

If some force majeure occurred: the parcel was lost, customs does not allow it, someone else took your parcel or something strange happened, then write to me. I analyze each case individually
